Chelsea was so great in not only preparing our renters for our trip (booking hotels, train rides, and purchasing event tickets) but she was also readily available to assist us with questions or inquiries while we were in vacation.
For example, we were looking to move one of our experiences to an earlier time and I reached out to Chelsea who quickly began working to get the experience moved for us. Then, we left our tickets at the hotel room for another experience and I reached out to Chelsea who immediately sent me the digital version of the tickets so that we could enjoy our day without delay or frustration.
